1-on-1 Academic Advising

Our Academic Advisors provide a safe, confidential space to discuss your goals and challenges. They’ll guide you step-by-step so you can make informed decisions about coursework and university application!

Mental Health Counseling

Our counsellors are available to support a wide range of life challenges and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, culture shock, and more. Sessions are available in person or online.

Your physical and mental wellbeing matter. All services below are free for current students.

First Aid Room & On-Campus Nurses

Drop in for health assessments, insurance questions, or referrals to doctors and community resources.

Learning Centre

Need a hand with coursework? Enjoy up to two free 30-minute tutoring sessions each week in subjects such as English, Math, and Natural Sciences, plus Academic Coaching.

  • Location: Main Campus, Ground Floor, Room 140
  • Hours:
    • Mon – Fri | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (in person; online on request)
    • Sat | 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (online only)
