Columbia College is a non-profit institution and registered charity based in Vancouver, BC. With a long history dating back to 1936, the College welcomes approximately 2,000 international students from over 50 countries each year.

At Columbia College, we collaborate with a trusted network of professional agents around the world to guide prospective students on their educational journey. Our agents receive comprehensive support—including access to promotional materials, training sessions, campus tours, and more—to enhance their recruitment efforts. We also share regular updates to ensure they have the most current information, enabling them to provide accurate and informed guidance to future Columbia College students.

Key Expectations from agents

· Promote Columbia College’s programs and services with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity, ensuring alignment with the college’s values and pillars and the Canadian education sector’s standards.

· Identify and engage prospective students interested in high school and post-secondary studies in Canada, directing qualified candidates to Columbia College.

· Provide students with timely and relevant information about Columbia College and its academic offerings.

· Guide students through the application process, assisting with form completion and document submission.

· Act as a reliable point of contact for students throughout their studies in Canada.

· Facilitate seamless communication by serving as the primary contact for Columbia College’s staff on relevant matters.

· Process commission invoices for Columbia College in a timely manner for eligible students.

· Comply with Columbia College’s policies and procedures regarding applications and admissions.

· Conduct all business dealings with legality, efficiency, and trustworthiness.

Columbia College’s responsibilities

· Support agents with updated information on college’s programs, policies and procedures

· Provide timely response to agents’ inquiries through dedicated contact person, either in Canada or at the location where the agents operate

· Provide agents with marketing and promotional materials as needed

· Inform agents of relevant institutional and governmental policy updates

· Ensure timely payment of agent commission.
